Personal training is exactly what is says on the tin, it’s personal! One to one sessions with our coaches who are, not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, they are also masters of entertainment, creating a PT session like no other.
Personal training programmes are put together to suit you and your individual needs and will help you learn at an accelerated rate. This is due to being trained more intensely and monitored constantly. Classes last for one hour but can be longer to suit.
IPT allows you to seriously train for 1,2 or more days covering some of our most valued material. This would be the best option for someone wanting to get a great training experience in a short period of time. IPT is the most effective and focused method of instilling the combative skills taught.
The most preferable option is to train for a weekend (Saturday & Sunday) for 2 days (4 – 5 hours each day) with total training time 8 – 10 full hours.
