Personal training is exactly what is says on the tin, it’s personal! One to one sessions with our coaches who are, not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, they are also masters of entertainment, creating a PT session like no other.
1 or 2 Hours
One or two hours of bespoke 1-1 tuition focusing on Krav Maga, STX Kickboxing, Filipino Kali or Combat Submission Wrestling. Accelerate your learning curve in any of the systems we teach whether your a beginner or have been training a while.
Personal training programmes are put together to suit you and your individual needs and will help you learn at an accelerated rate. This is due to being trained more intensely and monitored constantly. Classes last for one hour but can be longer to suit.
30 Minute Pad Blast
Intensity, Conditioning and High Fitness is what you get with a Pad Blast! 30 Minutes of Thai Pads or Focus Gloves Culminate in 6 - 8, three minute rounds of professional pad holding depending on experience. I challenge anyone not to be exhausted and feeling great after this!
Krav Maga is the official Hand to Hand Combative's Program of the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF). Krav Maga is a Self Defence System utilising Simple Instinctive techniques designed to be used under pressure. Krav Maga is also a fantastic workout, engaging the whole body in training ensures you'll also get in great shape whilst learning effective Self Defence.
COMBAT SUBMISSION WRESTLING (CSW)
Erik Paulson's system (CSW) blends Judo, Freestyle Wrestling, and Greco-Roman Wrestling with techniques and submissions from Shoot wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Sambo, and Catch as catch can. CSW trains the individual to strike, clinch, takedown, and submit on the ground in either a sport, mixed martial art, or self-defence environment. It is laden with painful submission holds and a plethora of devastating leg locks. The evolved style provides the perfect compliment to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
STX KICKBOXING (THAI / SAVATE)
This hybrid striking system developed by Erik Paulson focuses on explosive techniques in Boxing, Panatukan, Jun Fan/JKD Kickboxing, Savate, and MuayThai (Thai & Dutch methods). In STX Kickboxing, students will learn a blend of elbows, punches and knees from each art. These skills are easily translated in MMA, kickboxing, and self-defence situations. From glove drills, focus mitts, Thai-pads, and sparring, students will have a variety of striking options.
FILIPINO MARTIAL ARTS - KALI / ESKRIMA
This system encompasses an entire spectrum of weaponry and also features sophisticated empty hands including boxing, trapping, and grappling. Unlike most martial arts systems, FMA teaches both weaponry and empty hands together because the principles are common to both and are inter-changeable. Armed or unarmed, the FMA student learns to relate to any situation using the same concepts of body angling, positioning and flowing. FMA is one of the most comprehensive fighting systems known to man. We train in the Inosanto Kali method and Warriors Eskrima.
